3 Simple steps to looking younger!

Step 2: Exfoliate This is a biggie. Many of you don't or only do it 1-2x's month. It is vital that you exfoliate 2-3x's a week. There are two ways to exfoliate: The first is "manual" exfoliation, that is anything with a scrub or grit in it. The second way is a "chemical" exfoliation like an AHA,BHA, or a rentin A type product. Either of these techniques slough off that dead. The chemical exfoliation also helps with adult acne and thicker skins.

Step 3: Hydrate & Protect
This is another step a lot of clients forget. Do not be afraid to feel a little bit of "grease" at the corner of your nose and/or chin. This is your skins natural lubricant. When you let your skin dry out and become dehydrated it will appear thin- thus aging your skin. Keep skin moist and always apply an SPF 15 or higher. Allow a small film of product or your natural oil to build up on the skin to keep it lubricated.
